Hi, I'm Kat.
I work with people who have been living with persistent pain for months — sometimes years. People who have done everything right. Seen the GP. Had the scans. Tried the physio. And been told there is nothing wrong.
But there is something wrong. You feel it every day. And being told otherwise doesn't make it hurt less — it just makes you feel more alone in it.
I know this because I've been there myself.
For years I lived with sciatica, chronic headaches, neck and shoulder pain, and a mind that never stopped. I went through the motions each day — showing up, performing, holding everything together — while quietly feeling disconnected from myself and exhausted by my own life.
Conventional medicine helped with some of it. But it never found the root. It wasn't until I discovered Kinesiology that things began to shift — not overnight, not dramatically, but quietly and in layers. The way real change actually happens.
That's why I do this work now.
I'm a qualified Systematic Kinesiologist and Sports Massage Therapist with years of experience, working from my treatment room in Yelvertoft, Northamptonshire. I see clients from across Northamptonshire and Warwickshire — Rugby, Daventry, Lutterworth and the surrounding villages.
Here's what makes this different. I look at everything — your posture, your nervous system, your digestion, and the emotional weight your body has been quietly carrying. Sometimes for years. Everything connected. Everything considered. Because that's where the answer has been hiding.
The whole picture matters to me. Not just where it hurts — but how it started, when, how it makes you feel and how it has quietly changed your life. From the very first session I create a safe space for you to let it all out, look into what your body is telling us and begin to treat what we find. You won't leave with just a list of what's wrong. You'll leave with understanding, tools and a sense of what's possible.
Most people walk out of their first session feeling calm, supported and ready. Like they've finally taken a deep breath of relief.
When I'm not in the treatment room I'm out in the countryside with my two dogs, Herbie and Skyla. That's where I breathe. I suspect you have a place like that too.
If you've tried everything and nothing has fully worked — you haven't failed. You just haven't found the missing piece yet.
This might be it.
