Hi, I’m Kat, the founder of Muscle Tranquility. My journey into holistic health began when I desperately sought relief from persistent pain, stress, and fatigue. I experienced sciatica, chronic headaches, shoulder and neck pain, and emotional imbalances that left me feeling drained and disconnected from my own body.
Determined to find lasting answers, I pursued studies in Radiology and Physiotherapy, gaining a strong foundation in anatomy, movement, and rehabilitation. However, I soon realised that conventional medicine alone wasn’t addressing the root causes of my discomfort. This inspired me to explore holistic approaches to health, leading me to train in Sports Massage, Medical Acupuncture, Reiki, Sound Healing, and, most importantly, Applied Kinesiology.
Applied Kinesiology transformed my understanding of wellbeing by connecting the physical, emotional, biochemical, and energetic aspects of health. This integrative approach not only alleviated my own pain but also ignited my passion for helping others restore balance, vitality, and confidence.
Originally from Poland, I moved to the UK in 2006, embracing its rich cultural diversity. Today, I live in a peaceful village on the Northamptonshire and Warwickshire border with my husband—my best friend and soulmate—and our two delightful dogs, Herbie and Amber. In my own journey towards balance, I practice Yoga, Meditation, Tai Chi, and Qi Gong, which help me maintain harmony in both body and mind.
